This site is fiction, and it collects nothing about you
marsfoundation.dev is a made-up website belonging to a made-up organisation, published as part of NetGodz, a cyberpunk game — the Mars Foundation does not exist and nothing on the other pages is real. There is also nothing to explain about your data, because these pages are static files that ask you for none of it.
The short version. No sign-up, no login, no forms, no payments, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, no cookies, no fingerprinting, no third-party scripts, no embedded video, no fonts fetched from anybody else. Every page on this domain is a plain file. You can read all of it without giving us anything, and we have built it so that we could not collect anything from you even if we wanted to.
What we collect
Nothing, deliberately. The site contains no forms of any kind: no application form, no contact form, no donation form, no mailing list. There is no database behind it and no account system. The postal addresses printed elsewhere on this site are part of the fiction and are not real places where post is received.
Cookies and local storage
None are set by this site — not for preferences, not for sessions, not for measurement. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Analytics and third parties
There are no analytics, no tag managers, no advertising networks and no social media embeds. Nothing on these pages loads from another company’s servers, which also means no other company learns that you visited.
Server logs
The web server that hands you these files keeps ordinary technical logs, as every web server does — the request, the time, the response code, and an IP address. They exist to keep the site up and to notice abuse. They are not used to build any profile of you, are not combined with anything else, are not sold, shared or handed to advertisers, and are discarded on a short rotation.
Children
The site is not directed at children and, since it collects nothing from anybody, it collects nothing from them either.
Fictional people
Every person named anywhere on this site — officers, board members, researchers, the founder — is invented for the game. None of them is a real individual, no real person’s data appears here, and no real person is described, quoted or depicted. If you believe you recognise yourself in something on this site, it is a coincidence and we will change it; reach us through the NetGodz front door.
Your rights
Data protection law gives you rights to access, correct and erase data held about you. We hold none, so there is nothing to access, correct or erase. If you would like that confirmed by a human, ask through the NetGodz front door rather than the in-character address elsewhere on this site.
Changes
If this ever stops being true — if any page here ever starts collecting anything — this notice will say so before it happens, and the first sentence will still say that the site is fiction.
